I've always loved music from being little to today. My mom would always have the radio playing in the kitchen. My older sister Janet loved Elvis so I grew up listening to his music. Then the 60's came along with so many great artists. I enlisted in the Air Force in October 1968, did my 4 years and got out still loving listening to music.
I purchased my first guitar and learned how to play which took many years. Then in 1995 I had an accident where I lost 3 finger tips on my left hand, so I was totally bummed out for sure and didn't think about music for a couple of years. After some time I picked up a harmonica and started practicing, then I bought 4 more in different keys. So I've been playing a while now.
I'm originally from Wisconsin and have been in Oregon now for 10 years. We moved here to be with our grandkids and what a joy it is I must say. My wife Dolly and I have been married for 40 years and we love traveling and still ride around on my '99 Harley Davidson RoadKing. We also enjoy going to school events with our grandkids who are going to be in 7th and 5th grade. They keep us busy for sure. Dolly and I are members of Faith Church here in Dallas where we live.
